Tenders are invited for Maintaining the Public Canteen An Assets Certificate to the value of Rs. 3,000,000.00 on a Form General 170 should be submitted with the bid. Refundable bid guarantee is Rs. 500,000.00. It should have been issued by a commercial bank registered with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka valid until 30.10.2026 and that amount should be deposited with the Shroff of the Teaching Hospital, Anuradhapura in cash and a copy of the receipt obtained should be submitted with the bid. Minimum monthly bid amount is Rs. 600,000.00 (Monthly rent) Successful bidder should deposit value of 3 months rent and Rs. 300,000.00 for water and electricity with the Shroff of the Teaching Hospital, Anuradhapura before entering into an agreement.
