1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works In The Field Of Renovation Of Apartments In Residential Buildings In The Resources Of Tbs Wrocław Sp. Z O. O. Constituting The Property Of The Ordering Party. The Order Was Divided Into Two Tasks (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Parts), I.E.: A) Task No. 1 - Includes: - Renovation Of A Residential Premises, Location: Ul. Wileńska 15/6, - Securing The Area During The Works, Until Their Completion And Final Acceptance, - Renovation Of The Premises To The Extent Consistent With The Bill Of Quantities; 2. Detailed Information Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In: A) Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For Task No. 1, B) Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For Task No. 1; C) Annex No. 3.1 To The Swz - Bill Of Quantities For Task No. 1, D) Annex No. 4.1 To The Swz - Contract Template For Task No. 1 And 3. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide At Least A 24-Month Quality Guarantee For The Construction Works Performed. The Relevant Declaration Can Be Found In The Offer Form.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor, During The Execution Of The Contract, Has Valid Civil Liability Insurance For An Insured Amount Of At Least Pln 50,000.00 In Task No. 1.
