C) Verification Of The Demand For Utilities: Water, Electricity, Gas, Sewage. D) Preparation Of A Construction Design With Annexes (Pzt, Ab, Pt) E) Preparation Of Design Documentation (Design) Implementation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities Together With A List Of Materials And The Investors Cost Estimate) F) Obtaining All Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Administrative Decisions Required By Law, Decisions On Approval Of The Construction Design And Building Permit, Decisions On The Occupancy Permit. G) Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works Based On The Above Design Documentation. H) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. I) Obtaining A Final Decision On The Permit Use Of Facilities.3. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Agreement And Its Scope, Including The Scope Of Design Work And Works, Are Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Also Referred To As: Ffu) Together With The Annexes And The Draft Agreement - Appendix No. 2 To The Swz, And In The Scope Of The Works Performed, The Developed Design Documentation.
