The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Liquid Nitrogen Together With The Lease Of The Tank And Its Foundation For The Faculty Of Electronics, Photonics And Microsystems Of The Wrocław University Of Science And Technology. Scope Of The Order: − Successive Delivery Of Liquid Nitrogen In An Amount Of Up To 150 Tons Within A Period Of Up To 36 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract; − And The Lease Of A Liquid Nitrogen Tank With A Minimum Capacity Of 5 M3 And Its Installation; − And The Order Also Includes The Obligation To Adapt And Connect The Tank To The Existing Power Supply Installation In The Courtyard Of The M11 Building Wrocław (53-633) Ul. Długa 63 And Disassembly And Removal Of The Tank After The Expiry Or Termination Of The Contract By The Contractor. The Contractor Undertakes To Install And Put Into Operation The Liquid Nitrogen Tank Within 48 Hours From The Moment Of Dismantling The Previously Leased Tank From The Previous Contractor.1.1.
