The Subject Of The Order Is Reconstruction Of A Dirt Access Road To Agricultural Land, Located Within Wola Zambrowska, Zambrów Commune (Plot No. 409).1) The Investment Includes In Particular The Following Works: • Profiling And Compaction Of The Subsoil (10,640 M2), • Making A 25 Cm Thick Road Course From 0/31.5 Coal Sand (10,260 M2), • Clearing Bushes (0.05 Ha)• Length Of The Road To Be Reconstructed: 1,520 M,• Width Of The Road At The Top 5.0 M And Sides 2 X 0.75 M.2) During The Quality Guarantee Period, The Contractor Undertakes To Remove Defects And Faults At His Own Expense. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Grade And Profile The Completed Road Using A Grader Once A Year In Spring.3) The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works And Description Of The Subject Of The Order Were Specified In The Simplified Design And Cost Estimate Documentation. Note: The Bills Of Quantities Are Attachments To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Constitute An Auxiliary Document That Complements The Project And Serves Only For Information Purposes. The Statements Included In The Bill Of Quantities Are Intended To Illustrate The Scale And Technology Of The Construction Work And To Assist Contractors In Estimating The Costs Of Implementing The Investment. If The Contractor Finds Any Discrepancies In The Number Of Works Between The Bills Of Quantities And The Design Documentation, They Should Be Included In The Offer Price. In The Case Of A Lump Sum Remuneration, The Scope Of The Order, Type And Quantity Of Works Resulting From The Design Documentation Are Binding. The Bill Of Quantities Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Omitted Therein And Appearing In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications Will Be Considered To Be Included In The Lump Sum Offer Price And Therefore In The Contractual Remuneration. The Contractor Is Solely Responsible For Determining The Amount Of Works And Other Services And The Method Of Calculating The Lump Sum Offer Remuneration On This Basis. It Is His Responsibility To Thoroughly Check The Actual Scope Of The Order.
