Władysław Stasiak For The Years 2025–2028.3. Performing The Task Involves:3.1. Development Of Design Documentation.3.2. Carrying Out Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Pedestrian Crossing.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annexes No. 3 To The Swz - Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) With Appendices.5. The Contractor Must Become Familiar With All The Requirements Specified In The Swz And The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) And Obtain Any Information That May Be Useful In Preparing The Offer. The Contractors Claims For Incorrect Price Calculation Or Omission Of Elements Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Are Excluded.6. Construction Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Specification Of The Order Conditions, The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Developed For The Purposes Of This Order, The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524), The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Construction Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213, As Amended), Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure And Construction Of April 12, 2002 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1225, As Amended), Industry Arrangements, Applicable Standards, Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, Construction Practice, Ensuring Safe And Hygienic Working Conditions, Including For Users Of The District Road And Adjacent Roads And Areas.7. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. 8. If Manufacturers Names, Patents, Brands, Trademarks, Or Technical Approvals, Standards, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems Appear In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That The Technical, Quality And Operational Parameters Are Maintained At The Same Level Or Better Than Those Indicated In The Documentation And Do Not Lead To A Change In Technology.
