3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Titled: Replacement Of The Central Heating Furnace And Renovation Of The Boiler Room In The Building Of The Commune Office In Przemęt Consisting In The Renovation Of The Existing Boiler Room With The Replacement Of The Coal Boiler With A Wood Pellet-Fired Boiler Along With The Necessary Fittings And Partial Replacement Of The Central Heating Installation. In The Building Of The Przemęt Commune Office.3.2. The Order Also Includes Construction And Electrical Works For The Boiler Room And Fuel Storage Room.3.3. The Contractor Will Make The Subject Of The Order From Its Own Materials.3.4. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Also Includes An As-Built Surveying Inventory. 3.5. The Scope Of The Contract Covers The Performance Of Works In The Building In Which The Headquarters Of The Commune Office And The Commune Social Welfare Center Are Located, Therefore The Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Takes Into Account The Need To Maintain The Safety Of People Staying Outside And Inside The Building And Ensure The Proper Functioning Of The Above-Mentioned Facilities. Institution.3.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Instructions On How To Operate The Central Heating Furnace.3.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain A Chimney Inspection Report.3.8. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Design Documentation Prepared By: K3 Projekt Kaczmarek Łukasz - Annex No. 8 To Swz.3.9. The Contractors Obligations Include Carrying Out All Necessary Tests And Bearing All Related Costs.
