The Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Documentation With Due Diligence Required For The Professional Nature Of The Activity (Article 355 § 2 Of The Civil Code). If Any Ambiguities, Discrepancies, Omissions Or Obvious Errors Are Noticed In The Documentation Or Other Procurement Documents That May Affect The Preparation Of The Offer Or The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Request The Ordering Party To Clarify The Content Of The Procurement Documents, In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Swz And The Public Procurement Law.4.
