1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Warehouse In The Building Of The Międzybórz City And Commune Office, Including The Replacement Of The Roof Covering In The Design And Build Formula. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of Design Documentation, Obtaining All Required Arrangements And Administrative Decisions, Execution Of Construction Works And Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. The Ordering Party Provides The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 6B To The Swz, Developed For The Task Titled Establishment Of Emergency Shelter Rooms In The Building Of The Międzybórz City And Commune Office Along With Studies Constituting Its Part. The Pfu Defines The Technical, Architectural, Construction And Formal Legal Conditions Relating To The Building And May Be Used By The Contractor When Developing Design Documentation And Implementing Works. Due To The Fact That The Pfu Was Developed For A Wider Scope Of The Project Than Covered By This Order, The Material Scope Of The Order Is Determined Jointly By The Pfu And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 6A To The Swz. To The Extent That The Pfu Covers Elements That Are Not Included In The Scope Of This Order, The Provisions Of The Opz Apply. The Scope Of The Order Is Determined By The Provisions Of The Ffu And Opz, With The Proviso That In The Case Of Elements Covered By The Ffu But Not Indicated In The Opz, They Are Not The Subject Of This Order. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Material Scope Specified In The Fup And The Scope Specified In The Opz, The Provisions Of The Opz Remain Binding.
