The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1.1 (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) To The Specification Of Terms Of Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz).3. In The Bid Form - In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Manufacturer/Name Of The Software/Software Version (Depending On The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Annex No. 1.1). The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Above Data Specifying The Subject Of The Contract Offered - In A Way That Allows The Ordering Party To Clearly Identify The Subject Of The Contract Offered By The Contractor. If It Is Necessary And In Order To Clearly Define The Offered Subject Of The Contract, It Is Required To Provide Additional Information, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide It So That There Is No Doubt For The Parties To The Proceedings What The Subject Of The Contract Is Offered By The Contractor. The Lack Of Information In The Offer Enabling Clear Identification Of The Offered Product Will Be Considered By The Ordering Party As Non-Compliance Of The Offer With The Content Of The Swz And Will Reject The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Act.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Delivered By The Contractor Be Complete And Delivered Via Electronic Means Available On The Contractors Side, Provided That The Ordering Party Will Have Electronic Means Enabling Their Receipt, In Particular By Making Them Available Via The Software Manufacturers Portal.5. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At The Contractors Risk And Within The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor.6. The Contractor Must Offer The Implementation Of The Entire Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements Specified In The Tor And Annexes And The Offer Should Cover The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Software Implementation And Technical Support Services.7. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Free From Physical And Legal Defects.8. The Delivered Item Of The Order Cannot Be A Demo, Trial Or Freeware Version.9. By Submitting An Offer, The Contractor Also Declares That He Has The Manufacturers Consent To Sell Licenses For His Software To End Users10. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Will Have Appropriate Certificates Of Legality In The Form Used By The Manufacturer.11. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order Is Twelve Months [12] Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But Not Earlier Than August 20, 2026.
