The Task Is Co-Financed From External Funds: Project Titled Program For The Construction Of Full-Size Football Pitches - 2025 Edition (27829745), Implemented By The Ministry Of Sport And Tourism (Hereinafter Referred To As: The Financing Institution). 3. The Scope Of The Investment Includes: Construction Of A Football Pitch With A Synthetic Surface Meeting Pn-En 15330-1 And Fifa Standards, Construction Of A Technical And Social Facility Building (Locker Rooms, Sanitary Facilities, Warehouse), Construction Of Pitch Lighting Enabling Evening Training, Construction Of An Access Road And Parking Lot, Installation Of Ball Catchers, Construction Of A Bicycle Shelter For A Minimum Of 10 Bicycles, Installation Of A Video Monitoring System Covering The Entire Area, Implementation Of External Lighting With Automatic Control, Implementation Of Sanitary, Heating And Ventilation Installations In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.4. The Investment Is To Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula And Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements And Permits.5. This Order Includes: 1) Application For Conditions For Connections/Increasing Demand For Utilities: Water, Electricity, Sanitary Sewage With Effective Connection To The Designed Building; 2) Preparation Of A Land Development Design And An Architectural And Construction Design; 3) Preparation Of A Multi-Discipline Technical Design With The Details As For The Executive Design; 4) Obtaining Opinions (Including Geotechnical Ones), Arrangements, Administrative Permits, Decisions, Consents And Approvals Resulting From Legal Provisions, Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order; 5) Obtaining A Final Building Permit Decision; 6) Preparation Of The Executive Design; 7) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior);8) Preparation Of Bill Of Quantities Together With A List Of Materials;9) Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Prepared And Approved Design Documentation;10) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation;11) Obtaining A Permit To Use The Facility.6. The Investment Area Belongs To The Historic Area Of ​​The Urban Plan Of The City Of Gniezno, Which Imposes The Obligation To Obtain The Necessary Arrangements With The Conservator Of Monuments.7.
