Name Of The Order: Installation Of A Ground Heat Pump At Primary School No. 1 In Wojkowice. The Subject Of This Order Is The Dismantling Of The Existing Heat Source, Installation Of A Ground Heat Pump And Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation And Preparation Of Hot Utility Water. The Entire Investment Was Divided Into Two Stages:• Stage I Of The Investment - Installation And Commissioning Of A Ground Heat Pump With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure.• Stage Ii Of The Investment - Expansion Of The System With 2 Air Heat Pumps Of 50 Kw Operating In A Hybrid System, Cooperating With A Ground Heat Pump And An Electric Boiler As A Peak Source. This Procedure Envisages The Implementation Of Only Stage I Of The Investment, I.E. Installation And Commissioning Of A Ground Heat Pump With A Capacity Of 80 Kw As The Main Source In The Basic Operation Of The Heating System. This Installation Is To Be Adapted To Operate In A Low-Temperature System With The Possibility Of Further Expansion In The Future. The Peak Source Will Be Two Electric Boilers With A Total Power Of 48 Kw, Ensuring Coverage Of Peak Heat Demand During Periods Of Increased Load And Hot Water. The Buildings Thermal Demand Is 150 Kw, Of Which 80 Kw Will Be Covered By A Ground Heat Pump, While The Remaining Peak Load Will Be Covered By An Electric Peak Source. Ultimately (Full Documentation Attached), It Is Assumed That A Hybrid System Will Be Implemented, Including A Ground Pump And Air Pumps With An Electric Boiler As A Peak Source. This Procedure Covers Only Stage I Of The Investment, I.E. Installation And Commissioning Of A Ground Heat Pump Along With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure. The Scope Of Works Of Stage I Of The Investment Includes, Among Others: 1. Disassembly And Disposal Of The Existing Coal-Fired Boiler And Adaptation Of The Installation To Work With The New Heat Pump System.2. Installation Of A Ground Heat Pump With The Necessary Pipe Connections, Circulation Pumps And A Buffer Tank, And Installation Of A Peak Load Source3. Conducting Geological Drilling On The School Plot And Parking Lot.4. Start-Up And Tests Of Proper Operation Of The System, Including Central Heating Modes. And Domestic Hot Water. Investment Location: Primary School No. 1, Ul. Jana Iii Sobieskiego 29, 42-580 Wojkowice. The Investment Will Be Carried Out On The Plot With Registration Number 1026/2, Where The School Building Is Located.
