The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Sidewalk In Ul. Wioślarska (Northern Side, The Street Along The School Building, In Accordance With The Following Division Into: - Basic Scope Including Works Provided For In The Design Documentation Listed In Point 3.1 Of The Swz, - Optional Scope Including Works Related To The Replacement Of The Wearing Course Of The Road On Wioślarska Street, On An Additional Section Of Approx. 127 Meters In Length, On The Opposite Traffic Lane. The Ordering Party Guarantees Implementation Within The Basic Scope. The Ordering Party Is Entitled, But Not Obliged, To Submit An Order To Start The Optional Scope. The Optional Scope May Be Commissioned After Obtaining Additional Funds To Finance The Order, Taking Into Account The Option Right. Detailed Provisions Regarding The Option Right Are Included In The Contract Template - Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. The Scope Of Work To Be Performed Within The Scope Of The Option Right Is Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities - Option Right.
