The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of The Gas Boiler Room And Part Of The Central Heating Installation In The Secondary School Complex In Mszana Dolna.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Water Supply Works, 2) Central Heating Installations. - Piping Within The Boiler Room, 3) Disassembly Of Boiler Room Equipment, 4) Installation Of Boilers And Domestic Hot Water Tanks With Accessories, 5) Installation Of A Boiler Water Treatment Station And A Neutralizer, 6) Delivery And Installation Of An Air-Flue Gas System With A Concentric Cascade System, 7) Commissioning, Commissioning, Acceptance. 3. The Scope Of The Order Does Not Include The Purchase Of Gas Boilers (4 Pcs.) With Accessories Included In The Design Documentation. The Order Includes The Installation Of De Dietrich Amc Pro Evo 100 Boilers - 4 Pieces, Along With The Accessories Provided By The Ordering Party. A Detailed Description Of The Devices Owned By The Ordering Party Is Included In The Annex To Swz.4. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Perform All Commissioning, Tests, Tests And Checks, As Well As To Develop As-Built Documentation, As Well As All Instructions, Signs And Other Documents Necessary To Complete The Investment And Required For The Proper Functioning Of This Type Of Facilities. 5. A Detailed Description And Terms Of The Order Execution Were Specified In The Order Documents, I.E. Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting An Annex To The Swz.6. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum Warranty Period Of 48 Months For The Completed Works, Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance. The Warranty Period Exceeding The Minimum Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Point 20.2.2 Of The Swz.
