The Employers Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of Part I Of The Task And The Equivalence Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Contractor Must Foresee All Circumstances That May Affect The Price Of The Order. Due To The Above, Bidders Are Required To Check The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Very Carefully, Including The Use Of An On-Site Inspection, Before Submitting Offers. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Design Documentation.
