A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In: A) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 10 To The Swz, B) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 11 To The Swz, C) Design Documentation, Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Above-Mentioned Documentation Is An Attachment To The Swz And Is Available On The Website Of The Procedure: Https://Ezamowienia.Gov.Pl/Mp-Client/Tenders/Ocds-148610-3B952fbf-3Fd6-41F1-Aa00-6Ac2177bd42e 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Full Scope Of Works That Are Necessary From The Point Of View Of The Documentation Attached To The Swz, Legal Provisions, Technical Knowledge And Construction Skills, In Order To Achieve The Final Effect Specified By The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Perform The Task Regardless Of For Unforeseen Circumstances That May Occur During Implementation.4. Contractors Are Responsible For Carefully Reading The Content Of The Tender Documentation And For Obtaining Reliable Information Regarding The Conditions And Obligations That May In Any Way Affect The Offer Price Or The Implementation Of The Works.5. In Addition, Construction Works Must Be Performed In A Manner Consistent With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended), The Implementing Provisions Of The Above-Mentioned Act, Other Applicable Legal Acts Relating To The Subject Of The Contract, Current Polish Norms And Industry Standards, And Relevant Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations.6. All Construction Materials Used To Complete The Subject Of The Order Should Have Appropriate Certificates, Technical Approvals And Attestations Issued By An Authorized National Institution And Allowing Their Use In Public Utility Facilities.7. All Construction Materials Must Meet The Necessary Requirements In Accordance With Polish Standards.8. If, In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Annexes To The Swz), The Ordering Party Specifies The Subject Of The Contract By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, If This Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products, The Ordering Party Requires That Such An Indication Be Treated As An Example And Allows For Inclusion In The Offer And Then The Use Of Equivalent Materials And Devices. An Equivalent Offer Should Be Understood As An Offer With Technical, Functional, Aesthetic, Strength, Quality And Performance Parameters Not Worse Than The Description Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
