The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation (Cooking) Of Lunches At An Educational Institution In Gomulin And Serving Them To Children And School Youth From The Wola Krzysztoporska Commune In The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But Not Earlier Than From September 3, 2026 To June 24, 2027. 1.1. Institutions Where Lunches Will Be Served: A) Primary Schools, B) Kindergarten Classes At Primary Schools, Located In The Following Towns: Gomulin, Wola Krzysztoporska, Parzniewice, Krzyżanów.1.2. The Number Of Lunches Varies And Depends On The Number Of Children And School Youth Who Declare Their Willingness To Eat Lunches. Changing The Number Of Meals Prepared And Served Does Not Require A Change To The Contract. It Is Expected That The Number Of Meals Served May Change By 30%.1.3. As Of The Date Of Initiation Of These Proceedings, The Interest In School Lunches Is As Follows: - 150 Children At The School In Gomulin, - 125 Children At The School In Wola Krzysztoporska, - 45 Children At The School In Parzniewice, - 45 Children At The School In Krzyżanów. Total 365 Students. Estimated Number Of Days In The School Year In Which Lunches Will Be Provided - 177.1.4. Lunches Will Be Served On School Days/Opening Of Kindergarten Classes.1.5. The Conclusion Of A Paid Lease Agreement For: - Premises In An Educational Institution In Gomulin - School Kitchen With Its Equipment (The Contractor In The Canteen In Gomulin Will Be Obliged To Provide Dishes And Cutlery) Is Inextricably Linked To The Contract Concluded In Gomulin. The Template Of The Lease Agreement Is Included In Annex No. 6 To Swz.1.6. The Ordering Party Requires That Lunches For Children And Teenagers: • Be Cooked In An Educational Institution In Gomulin - Both For Students From This Institution And Students From Other Schools Covered By The Order, Lunches Will Be Delivered To Other Schools.1.7.
