1. Subject Matter Of The Order, Terms Of Implementation And Settlement 1) The Procedure Concerns The Public Procurement Entitled Oświęcim Meeting Space - Development Of The Peace Park Between Ul. Słowackiego, Chemików, Tysiąclecia And Olszewskiego In Oświęcim - Stage Ii, Also Called Investment Task Or Investment In The Order Documents. 2) The Order Should Be Performed In The Design And Build Formula, In Which The Contractor Selected In This Procedure Will Design, Build And Put Into Operation The Investment In A Condition Free From Defects And Faults. 3) The Investment Received Funding And Is Implemented Under The Program Entitled European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027, Priority 7: European Funds For Local Communities, Measure 7.4: Iit - Revitalization, Project Type A. Urban Renewal, Fund: European Regional Development Fund. 4) The Subject Of The Order, Which The Contractor Selected In These Proceedings Will Be Obliged To Perform, Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task, I.E.: Development Of The Peace Park Between Ul. Słowackiego, Chemików, Tysiąclecia And Olszewskiego In Oświęcim, In Accordance With The Conditions Specified By The Ordering Party, By Developing Comprehensive Design And Implementation Documentation Along With Obtaining A Building Permit And Carrying Out Construction Works, Along With The Delivery Of The Necessary Materials And Equipment And The Implementation Of All Accompanying Activities As Part Of The Investment. 5) The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Two Stages: A) Stage I - Design - Including, Among Others, Preparation Of Design And Implementation Documentation For The Investment, Along With Obtaining All Decisions And Permits Enabling The Implementation Of The Investment And Preparation Of A Greenery Study; B) Stage Ii - Construction - Including, Among Others: Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation Referred To In Point (A). A), Along With The Development Of As-Built Documentation And Obtaining All Decisions And Permits Enabling The Use Of The Investment; 6) The Basis For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Development Of Design Documentation, Is The Documentation Made Available As Part Of The Procedure, Which Includes: C) Functional And Utility Program For The Development Of Pokoju Park - Stage Ii, Between Tysiąclecia, Olszewskiego, Słowackiego, Chemików Streets, Developed On August 30, 2024 (Hereinafter Referred To As Pfu), D) Local Plan; E) Environmental Protection Opinion; F) List Of Plots; G) Concept Drawings; H) Concept Visualization. 7) The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions Of Its Implementation, Acceptance And Settlement, Guarantee And Warranty Conditions Are Additionally Specified In: A) The Template Of The Contract Regarding This Public Procurement, B) The Template Of The Guarantee Document. 8) The Documents Referred To In Points 6 And 7 Constitute An Annex To The Swz. 2. Documents Published By The Ordering Party In Connection
