Part I Of The Procedure: Construction Of Street Lighting In Ul. Wiejska (From Ul. Marianki To Ul. Pogodna) In Góra Kalwaria The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Called: Construction Of Street Lighting In Ul. Wiejska (From Ul. Marianki To Ul. Pogodna) In Góra Kalwaria Consisting In The Construction Of New Road Lighting In The Commune Of Góra Kalwaria In The Design And Build In Accordance With The Attached Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting The Basis For Preparing The Contractors Price Offer For The Implementation Of The Task In Question, Which Includes: A) Development Of Design Documentation Along With All Legally Required Arrangements, Obtaining A Building Permit Or Reporting The Execution Of Construction Works, B) Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works, C) Submitting On Behalf Of The Ordering Party A Notice Of Completion Of Construction (If Required). The Task Includes Preparation Of Design Documentation And Obtaining The Required The Law Of Decisions And Permits For The Construction Of New Light Points Along Roads Located In The Góra Kalwaria Commune, In The Town Of: Góra Kalwaria, Ul. Wiejska, Plot No. 26/8; 27/2; 35/3; Precinct 13-03 Góra Kalwaria-Miasto – The Installation Of 6 Poles And 7 Lighting Fixtures Is Planned. The Locations Of The Construction Of New Lighting Points Are Presented In The Map Annex To The Fup. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Location Of Light Points During The Execution Of The Part Of The Order Related To The Preparation Of Design Documentation. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Designed And Constructed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Conditions Issued By Road Managers, Technical Conditions For Connecting Power Devices To The Lighting Installation, And Pfu. Work On Private Plots Will Be Carried Out With Special Respect For The Property. After Completion Of Construction, The Area Will Be Restored To Its Original Condition, Reclaimed, Sown With Grass, In The Event Of Any Damage To Fences Or Entrances, The Damage Will Be Removed, Access To The Property Will Be Guaranteed During Construction, Trees And Bushes Will Be Properly Protected Against Damage. The Scope Includes The Development Of A Traffic Organization Design, Occupation Of The Road And Comprehensive Surveying Services, Development Of Complete As-Built Documentation Along With An As-Built Surveying Inventory In 2 Copies (And, If Necessary, With Prior Changes To The Zud), The Contractor, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Will Report The Completion Of Construction (If Required). The Contractor, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Will Obtain And Cover The Cost Of Occupying The Road Lane Of Municipal Roads For The Duration Of Construction, And After Completing The Work, It Will Provide A Road Acceptance Protocol.
