A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Technical And Operational Requirements That The Offered Car Must Meet Are Set Out In Annex No. 5 To The Swz Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Swz. 3. The Subject Of The Order Must Comply With Current Standards And Regulations, In Particular According To Regulations: 1) Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (I.E. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Consistent With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Failure To Meet All Required Parameters Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer.5. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Read Together With Any Changes To The Content Of The Specification, E.G. Resulting From Answers To Contractors Inquiries.6. The Vehicle Must Be Registered In Poland And Must Have A Current Udt Examination.7. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Conduct Initial Training For The Ordering Partys Representatives (For A Minimum Of Two People) In The Field Of Vehicle Operation, Including Instructions On How To Drive The Vehicle And Operate The Equipment.8. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Constantly Cooperate With The Ordering Party In Order To Coordinate The Proper Course Of Delivery And Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements.9.
