Delivery Includes 16 License Packages (Edu) Of Ms Sql Server 2025 Enterprise 2-Core Or Equivalent. The Number Of Licenses Is To Provide License Coverage For 2 Servers With Two 8-Core Processors Each (32 Cores). Licenses Must Ensure That Each Server Can Work Independently. Licenses For Ordered Software Must Be Perpetual. The License Should Enable The System To Be Used On A Physical Or Virtual Machine. The Perpetual Licenses Provided Must Allow For Transfer Between Workstations Or Servers In Accordance With The Manufacturers Policies (E.G. In The Event Of Replacement Or Damage To Equipment) Without Incurring Additional Costs Or The Need To Purchase Additional Services. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.2. The Contractor, To The Extent Indicated Directly In The Content Of The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendices No. 1 To The Swz), Allows The Contractors To Offer Equivalent Products, Provided That The Equivalent Product Meets The Equivalence Criteria - Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3. If In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Annexes No. 1 Of The Swz, The Ordering Party Indicated Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Contractor May Offer An Equivalent Solution Provided That The Same Technical, Quality And Functional Solutions Are Maintained. The Ordering Party Will Evaluate The Proposed Solutions Taking Into Account These Criteria. 4. A Contractor Who In His Offer Refers To The Use Of A Product Equivalent To That Described In The Swz Content Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Product He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party By Providing The Name Of The Equivalent Product In Column No. 3 Of The Table In The Bid Form (Appendices No. 2 To The Swz) And Demonstrating The Equivalence Of The Offered Product In Relation To The Parameters Described As The Equivalence Criterion In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz.
