The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Carrying Out Technical Expertise In 5 Facilities Selected To Serve As Emergency Shelter Places (Mds) In The Strzegowo Commune (Mława County, Masovian Voivodeship). The Documentation Is Intended To Assess The Actual Technical Condition Of The Building, Including The Electrical And Sanitary Installations. Locations Of The Facilities Selected For Carrying Out The Expertise:• School Complex In Strzegow, • Local Government Kindergarten In Strzegow, • Volunteer Fire Department Watchtower In Dąbrowa, • Primary School In Niedzborz, • Municipal Building In Strzegów, The Order Includes The Development Of Technical Documentation Containing At Least: 1. Technical And Construction Inventory Of The Underground Floors Along With The Electrical Installation Sanitary. 2. Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Structure, Reinforcement, Determination Of The Load-Bearing Capacity Of Ceilings And Walls And The Strength Of The Materials Used (Including Drilling And Excavation Work). Assessment Of The Condition Of The Electrical And Sanitary Installations.3. Performing Analysis And Assessment In The Field Of Fire Safety.4. Preparing An Analysis And Assessment Of The Possibility Of Using The Underground Floor As A Place For Emergency Shelter (I.E. Mds), Indicating The Number Of Users (I.E. Mds Capacity) And Verifying Compliance With The Technical Requirements And Implementing Regulations That Mds Should Meet.5. Development Of Technical Recommendations, Indication Of Necessary Adaptation Works And Construction Works, Indication Of Technical Limitations, Preparation Of Industry Guidelines (Structural, Construction, Sanitary And Electrical), Indication Of The Scope Of Design Documentation For Adapting The Facility To The Requirements For Mds.6. Preparation Of An Estimated List Of Costs Of Design Works And Construction Works Necessary To Adapt The Facility To The Required Function Of A Place Of Emergency Shelter.7. Obtaining An Assessment Or Statement On The Fulfillment Or Possibility Of Meeting The Conditions For Collective Protection Facilities, Issued By The Commander Of The State Fire Service And The Construction Supervision Inspector (Article 91(3) Of The Act Of December 5, 2024 On Civil Protection And Civil Defense) And In Accordance With The Scope Indicated In Art. 107 Section 2 And Art. 107 Section 1 Of The Act Of December 5, 2024 On Civil Protection And Civil Defense (Journal Of Laws, Item 1907, As Amended).
