1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New M3 Category School Bus, Intended For Transporting Students. The Vehicle Must Meet All Applicable Safety Standards And Technical Requirements Specified In National And Eu Law. The Bus Must Have A Valid Approval And Admission To Traffic In The Republic Of Poland And Must Be Marked In Accordance With The Regulations For Vehicles Transporting Children As Well As Graphic Information Resulting From The Ordering Partys Subsidy Agreement. The Color And Graphics Will Be Agreed Upon After Selecting The Contractor.
