The Subject Of The Order Is The Operation Of The Sportowe Talenty It System In The Period From July 2026 To July 2028, Including In Particular The Provision Of Programming And Development Services, Settled At An Hourly Rate, And Administration, Maintenance, Monitoring And System Security Services, Settled With A Monthly Lump Sum Remuneration. This Service Is Provided For The Needs Of The Project Team At Is-Pib. The Ordering Party Envisages The Implementation Of Development And Programming Work In The Amount Of Not Less Than 30 Man-Hours And Not More Than 120 Man-Hours Per Month, Where One Man-Hour Means 60 Minutes Of Work. The Minimum Total Amount Of Development And Programming Work Over The Entire Duration Of The Contract Is 750 Man-Hours. Development And Programming Work Exceeding The Minimum Monthly Limit Of 30 Man-Hours Will Be Carried Out Solely On The Basis Of The Ordering Partys Order, After Agreeing With The Contractor On The Scope, Date And Estimated Number Of Man-Hours, Up To A Maximum Limit Of 120 Man-Hours Per Month. The Unused Part Of The Minimum Limit Of 30 Man-Hours Of Development Work In A Given Month And Programming Are Transferred To Subsequent Months Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Provides For A Maximum Limit Of Development And Programming Work Of Up To 800 Man-Hours In Each Of The Following Settlement Periods: From The Date Of Commencement Of The Contract Until December 31, 2026; From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027; From January 1, 2028 To July 31, 2028. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Until July 31, 2028. The Ordering Party Has Secured Financing For The Implementation Of The Order In 2026. The Implementation Of The Contract In 2027 And 2028 Depends On Is-Pib Obtaining Financing For The Administration Of The Sports Talents Register In A Given Financial Year. The Ordering Party I Would Like To Inform You That If Funds Are Not Allocated For The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Subject Of The Order Has The Right To Withdraw From The Agreement.
