The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation Along With The Cost Part And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And Obtaining All Necessary Administrative Decisions.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 11 - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Detailed Design Assumptions) Along With The Drawing Part.3. With Respect To The Attached Projections, The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) All The Works Indicated In The Drawing. Basement Projection, 2) Part Of The Works Indicated In The Drawing. Ground Floor Projection - Room. 0.01 Vestibule With Elevator, 0.02 Staircase, Staircase, Emergency Exit, 3) Some Of The Works Indicated In The Drawing. Floor Plan - Room. 1.01 Hall + Staircase And Other Design Works That Would Be Necessary To Connect The Designed Hiding Place With The Existing Building. The Order Does Not Include The Renovation Of Kindergarten Premises Not Indicated In The Above Scope.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Execution Of: 1) A Construction Design Containing Designs Of All Necessary Industries And To The Extent Taking Into Account The Specificity Of Construction Works, Including: A. Land Development Design In Accordance With Applicable Law, B. Architectural, Construction And Executive Designs For Individual Industries Along With A Set Of Attachments Required By Law: Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions, Permits And Other Documents That Must Be Attached Under The Provisions Of Separate Acts, As Well As Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection, C. Technical Design;2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For All Required Industries;3) Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates For All Required Industries;4) Industry-Specific Arrangements That Should Be Attached To The Designs Of Individual Industries;5. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include Obtaining A Building Permit, But Only The Submission Of Complete Documents Necessary To Obtain A Decision Approving The Construction Design And Granting A Building Permit, Including Making The Necessary Additions And Explanations To The Authority Issuing The Permit.6. The Documentation Must Be Consistent With Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679, As Amended), The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And The Functional And Utility Program.7. To Complete The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Materials, Including: A Map For Design Purposes, Other Necessary Cartographic Materials, All Materials For Obtaining Administrative Decisions, Location Decisions, Arrangements, Opinions, Expert O
