The Subject Of The Order Is: Availability In The Morąski Community Center, In The Scope Of: Part 1 - Stair Lift With Assembly, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Hereinafter Opz (Appendix No. 4A To Swz) And The Draft Contract (Appendix No. 3A To Swz);2. The Subject Of The Order In Particular Includes (Applies To Parts 1 - 5): 1) Delivery To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, Together With The Installation And Commissioning Of Devices And Equipment Used To Improve The Accessibility Of The Facility For People With Special Needs, Including The Delivery And Installation Of A Stair Lift, Showcases, Exhibition Frames, Information Boards, Automatic Entrance Doors Covered By The Subject Of The Order And Adapting The Website Of The Morąski Cultural Center To Accessibility Requirements, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 4A - Respectively). 4E To Swz).2) Providing The Ordering Party With Warranty Cards And Operating Instructions In Polish For The Delivered Equipment, Referred To In Section 5 Point 5;3) Providing Free Authorized Warranty Service For The Delivered Equipment In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 12 - 13 Of The Draft Contract (Appendix No. 3A-3E To Swz, Respectively).
