1. The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For The Supply Of Software Supporting Education In 3D, An Atlas Of Anatomy In 3D In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project Entitled Excellent University - Education For The Economy Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The European Funds For Social Development Program 2021-2027, For The Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum In Krakow.1.1 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It. 1.2 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specifying The Parameters And Required Conditions Is Included In Annex A To The Offer Form, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Swz, And The Provisions In Point 5) 1.3. Swz Also Presenting The Scope And Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Requires That All Elements Proposed By The Contractor Are Compatible With Each Other And Ensure Full Functionality Without The Need For Additional Investments On The Part Of The Ordering Party. This Description Should Be Read Together With Any Changes To The Content Of The Swz, E.G. Resulting From The Answers Given To The Contractors Questions.
