Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Ict Solutions For The Needs Of The Commune Office In Kamień Pomorski As Part Of The Cybersecure Local Government Project

1. The Order Includes Comprehensive Delivery, Assembly, Implementation And Configuration Of All Infrastructure Elements Covered By This Order. It Is Required That All Hardware And Software Components Constitute A Coherent, Fully Compatible Technological Ecosystem, Enabling Their Mutual Integration And Central Management. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure Full Implementation Of All Systems, Their Launch And Verification Of Correct Operation In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Also Provide Post-Implementation Support And Conduct Training For The It Administrator Designated By The Ordering Party, In A Way That Will Enable Them To Independently And Effectively Operate And Manage The Implemented Systems.2. As Part Of The Purchase Price Of The Systems, The Contractor Provides A Quality Guarantee Including: Removal Of Faults And Failures, The Right To Updates And Security Patches, Access To Technical Support From The Manufacturer Or An Authorized Partner (Telephone, E-Mail, Remote), Technical Consultations Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The System, Delivery Of New Software Versions (Upgrade/Patch) If They Are Released During The Warranty Period.3. Any Software Delivered As Part Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Unused And Not Previously Activated On Any Device. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Them In The Latest Stable Version, Available On The Date Of Submission Of Offers, Coming Only From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channel. The Software Cannot Be Encumbered With Any Third-Party Rights, And Its Media - If Any - Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects.4. The Supplied Equipment Must Also Be Brand New, Complete And Technically Functional. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Used, Refurbished Or So-Called Devices. Refurbished Market. The Equipment Should Be Manufactured No Earlier Than January 2025, Come From The Manufacturers Authorized Distribution Channel And Be Delivered In The Original, Intact Packaging Secured By The Manufacturer. The Delivered Equipment Is Required To Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects.5. When Selecting The Offer, The Ordering Party Will Be Guided By Two Criteria: Price (Weight 60%) And The Period Of Post-Implementation And Post-Training Support (Weight 40%). The Price Criterion Allows For The Selection Of The Most Economically Advantageous Solution, While The Post-Implementation And Post-Training Support Criterion Was Adopted Due To The Need To Ensure Uninterrupted And Safe Operation Of The Implemented Systems And Durability Of Training Effects.6. The Term Post-Implementation Support Period Is Understood By The Ordering Party As The Time During Which The Contractor Ensures Its Availability To Make Necessary Configuration Corrections That May Occur In The First Period After Implementation, And Also Provides Support In Consolidating The Knowledge Acquired During Training And Additional Co
