Tenders Are Invited For Transport Of Children And Students To Schools And Educational Institutions In The 2026/2027 School Year

1. Subject Of The Order 1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services For Children And Students To Schools And Educational Institutions In The Skarbimierz Commune In The 2026/2027 School Year, Along With Ensuring Return After School. 1.2. The Order Includes: A) Transport Of Children And Students On Established Routes In Accordance With The Schedule, B) Providing Replacement Vehicles In The Event Of A Breakdown Or Other Reason Preventing The Course, At The Time Offered By The Contractor In The Bid Form, C) Adapting The Timetable To The Lesson Plan And Changes In The Organization Of The School Year, D) Providing Transport In The Event Of Making Up For School Classes On Saturdays Or Other Days Off, After Prior Notification By The Ordering Party 3 Days In Advance. 2. General Requirements The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide: A) Technically Efficient Vehicles, With Valid Technical Tests And Third Party Liability And Personal Accident Insurance, B) Vehicles Marked In Accordance With Art. 57 Of The Act Of 20 June 1997, Road Traffic Law, C) Vehicles Equipped With A First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Spare Wheel Or Repair Kit And Reflective Vests For All Passengers. The Vests Are Provided By The Contractor, D) Drivers With The Required Qualifications And Authorizations To Transport People, E) Vehicles Adapted To Transport Disabled People On The Routes Indicated By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 1A, F) Compliance With Drivers Working Time In Accordance With The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Drivers Working Time, G) Marked Seating For A Guardian In Each Vehicle. 3. Scope Of Routes And Number Of Students 3.1. A Detailed List Of Routes, Stops, Hours And The Estimated Number Of Students Is Included In Appendix No. 1A - Opz. The Number Of Students May Change During The School Year By +/- 15%.3.3. If The Number Of Students Changes Above 15% Or It Is Necessary To Launch An Additional Course, The Parties Will Sign An Annex To The Agreement Setting The Conditions For Implementing The Additional Course. 4. Deadline For Implementation The Service Will Be Provided On School Days From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027, Excluding Days Off From Teaching And Educational Activities Specified In The Regulation Of The Ministry Of Education And Science On The Organization Of The School Year. 5. Settlement 5.1. Settlement Will Be Made On A Monthly Basis Based On The Number Of Personally Named Monthly Tickets For Students Actually Issued. 5.2. By The 5Th Day Of Each Month, The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With A List Of Students Entitled To Travel In A Given Month Along With The Assigned Routes. The Ordering Party Verifies The List Within 3 Business Days. 5.3. Based On The Verified List, The Contractor Issues Personal Monthly Tickets. 5.4. The Basis For Issuing An Invoice Is A Summary Of The Number Of Monthly Tickets Issued For A Given Month, Confirmed By The Ordering Party. 5.5. The Unit Price For One Monthly Ticket Is Fixed Throughout The Entire C
