The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Have A Leaflet Of The Preparation, Manufacturers Statements Confirming The Properties And Use Of The Preparation Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Tests Confirming The Killing Effectiveness Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, A Ce Certificate And: 1) In The Case Of Medicinal Products - Authorization To Trade In A Medicinal Product And Characteristics Of The Medicinal Product; 2) In The Case Of Biocidal Products - Authorization To Trade In A Biocidal Product And A Safety Data Sheet; 3) In The Case Of Medical Devices - A Declaration Of Compliance With The Directive On Medical Devices And The Safety Data Sheet As Well As The Contractors Declaration That The Offered Medical Devices Are In The Process Of Recertification In Accordance With The Mdr Regulation; 4) In The Case Of Cosmetics - Reporting The Cosmetic To Cpnp. 3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Marked By The Manufacturer In Such A Way That It Is Possible To Identify Both The Product And The Manufacturer. 4. The Ordering Party Stipulates That Deliveries Will Be Made Successively Within 5 Calendar Days Of Placing The Partial Order At The Latest, From 8:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. In Appropriately Marked Packaging. Each Delivery Batch Must Contain: Name Of The Product, Validity Period, Batch Number, Name And Address Of The Manufacturer/Supplier. If The Last Day Of Delivery Falls On A Non-Working Day, Delivery Will Take Place On The First Business Day After The Specified Date. 7.
