The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Shadowless Lamps With Equipment, Staff Training And Warranty Service For The Needs Of Niepołomickie Centrum Medyczne Sp. Z O. O. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Individual Tasks Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Titled Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Compliance Of Descriptions With The Public Procurement Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320, As Amended). Where A Trademark (Brand), Manufacturer, Supplier, Patent, Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Specific Process Is Indicated In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Or Other Order Documents. Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Or Standards, European Technical Assessments, Common Technical Specifications Or Other References Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Or Section 3 Of The Act, The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Act Allows The Submission Of An Equivalent Offer Or In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, Offering Solutions Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Documentation, Provided That They Ensure Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Documentation And Are Consistent In Terms Of: A) Dimensions And Structure (Size, Type, Physical Properties, Number Of Components), B) Functional Nature (Identity Of Functions), C) Material Characteristics (Type And Quality Of Materials), D) Technical Parameters (Strength, Durability, Technical Data, Hydraulic Data, Linear Characteristics, Construction),E) Operational Safety Parameters,2. At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, At The Stage Of Execution Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present, In Relation To The Indicated Materials, Safety Signs, A Declaration Of Conformity Or Technical Approval Or A Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Transposing European Standards Or The Standard Of The Member States Of The European Economic Area Transposing This Standard Or The Polish Standard In The Absence Of A Polish Standard Transposing European Standards.3. Whenever The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Technical Documentation, Mentions Polish Standards, It Should Be Understood As Polish Standards Transposing European Standards Or Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area Or Other Standards Or Documents Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Of The Act4. Each Time A Standard Is Indicated In This Swz Or The Annexes To The Swz, It Should Be Assumed That The Phrase Or Equivalent Was Used In Reference To It.
