The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Equipment As Part Of The Cybersecure Local Government Project. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Order Specified In The Contract And Swz In Accordance With The Submitted Offer. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum 24-Month Warranty For The Subject Of The Order, Unless Other Requirements Are Specified In Annexes 7 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Materials And Devices That Will Be Used Must Meet The Requirements In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, They Must Be Brand New And Meet The Quality Requirements For Products Admitted To Trading. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, In A Place Where The Subject Of The Order Is Described Using Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. Rests With The Contractor. In The Case Of Description Using Standards, Equivalent Solutions Are Those That Ensure Compliance With The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Standard At A Level Not Worse Than That Described In The Relevant Standards. In The Case Of Standards Referred To In The Swz, The Current Standards Are Understood. In Other Cases (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Using European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems), A Product, Material Or System With Technical, Functional And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Mentioned In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Considered Equivalent. Whenever In These Terms Of Reference And Annexes, The Subject Of The Order Was Defined By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, The Ordering Partys Intention Was To Present The Type Of Material Or Technology; In Such A Case, The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers. In The Case Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Using Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And A Reference System, It Should Be Assumed That Minimum Requirements Have Been Specified (Not Worse Than) And At The Same Time It Has Been Allowed For The Contractor To Adopt Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
