The Ordering Party Must Be Present During The On-Site Inspection Of Each Contractor, Because Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Reject The Offer Of The Contractor Who Did Not Carry Out An On-Site Inspection.6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Completed Construction Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract For A Minimum Period Of 60 Months.
