A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Technical Documentation, The Template Of The Contract For The Performance Of Construction Works And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb). 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works Corresponding To The Scope Specified In The Presented Design.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide At Least A 36-Month Warranty For The Completed Construction Works Covered By The Subject Order.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Material And Financial Schedule For The Performance Of Works In Accordance With The Principles Specified In The Contract Template.
