A Detailed Description Of The Terms Of The Order Is Specified In The Contract Template - Annex No. 5 To Swz.3. The Batteries Delivered Must Meet The Technical And Quality Requirements Of The Relevant Pn-En Standards And The Parameters Described In The Assortment And Price Form. 4. All Batteries Offered By The Contractor Must Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party In Terms Of Capacity And Minimum Starting Current (According To The European Standard En) And Have Appropriate Dimensions Enabling Their Installation In A Vehicle.5. The Dimensions Of The Batteries Given In This Form Are Maximum Dimensions, Treated As An Outline, So They Are Not The Dimensions Of The Box Itself Without The Base, Posts Or Handles.6. The Given Quantities Of Batteries Are Estimates And Were Determined To Calculate The Offer Value. The Actual Number Of Batteries Ordered Will Depend On The Needs And Budget Of The Ordering Party.7. The Ordering Party Also Allows The Purchase Of Batteries Not Listed In The Assortment And Price Form With A Value Not Exceeding 20% Of The Contract Value, Provided That The Price Offered By The Contractor Will Not Be Higher Than The Average Price Of A Battery From The Same Manufacturer At Other Distributors.8. The Warranty Period For The Supplied Batteries Cannot Be Shorter Than 18 Months From The Date Of Delivery And Not Shorter Than The Manufacturers Warranty.9. The Order Processing Time From The Moment Of Placing The Order Cannot Be Longer Than 2 Business Days. 10. The Delivered Batteries Must Have Clear Marks Identifying The Manufacturer And Must Be: A) Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than 6 Months Before The Delivery Date, Fully Charged And Ready For Use At The Time Of Delivery, B) Protected Against Damage During Transport And Unloading, C) Must Be Generally Available Goods (Also For Individual Customers). 13.
