For The Implementation Of The Investment Task In Question, The Ordering Party Received Funding From The Fund For The Development Of Physical Culture, Administered By The Minister Of Sport And Tourism, As Part Of The Sports Complexes Modernization Program Moje Boisko - Orlik 2012 - 2025 Edition. The Investment Area Is Located On Plot 711/1 In Duszniki. It Is A Complex Of Sports Fields Built As Part Of The My Pitch - Orlik 2012 Program. The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Following Area Of The Sports Complex And The Scope Of Works: 1) A Football Pitch With A Synthetic Grass Surface - The Works Include Replacing The Grass Surface Along With Supplementing The Substructure While Maintaining The Correct Elevations And Slopes Of The Pitch, Renovation And Partial Modernization Of The Drainage System, Replacing Nets And Ball Catch Tensions; 2) Multi-Functional Pitch - The Works Include Replacing The Surface With New Polyurethane Along With Substructure, Replacement Of Nets And Ball Catch Tensions;3) Pedestrian Route Connecting The Playing Fields And The Building - The Works Include Local Relocation Of The Collapsed Paving Stones While Maintaining The Required Parameters Of The Subgrade And The Required Slopes And Elevations.2. The Ordering Party Presents The Subject Of The Order Using This Swz, And In Particular The Tender Documentation Recorded In: Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Tender Documentation, Which Consists Of The Following Files/Folders: I. Bill Of Quantities For The Investment Titled Renovation And Modernization Of The Orlik Sports Complex; Ii. Technical Design For The Investment Titled Renovation And Modernization Of The Orlik Sports Complex; Iii. Stwior – Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works For The Investment Called Renovation And Modernization Of The Orlik Sports Complex Annex No. 11 To Swz - Designed Provisions Of The Contract; - Which Should Be Considered Jointly. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Performance Of All Preparatory Works Together With Appropriate Protection And Marking Of The Place Of Work; 2) Performance Of All Demolition, Security And Temporary Works As Well As Performance Of All Reconstruction And Cleaning Works; 3) Performance Of All Tests And Measurements Required By Law, Tender Documentation. 3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Carry Out All Construction Works And The Accompanying Supplies And Services Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order.
