Quotation are invited for 1032602774 Repairs and Mechanical Maintenance for Profi Press M/H 1 ITEM-00001 REPAIRS AND MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE FOR PROFI PRESS M/H # M/C1.#MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR WORK SHALL BE CARRIED OUT IN ACCORDANCE WITHTH E APPLICABLE DM SAFETY CODE OF PRACTICE.2.#THE MACHINE HEAD IS LEAKING, INDICATING POSSIBLE FAILURE OF HYDRAULIC SEALS OR INTERNAL C OMPONENTS, AFFECTING SAFE AND EFFICIENT OPERATION.3.#REQUIRED MECHANICAL INSPECTION AND REPAIR, INCLUDING IDENTIFICATIONOF LEAKAGE S OURCE, REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE COMPONENT SHALL BE INCLUDEDIN THE QUOTATION.4.#ALL REQUIRED SPARE PARTS SHALL BE CLEARLY LISTED AND INCLUDED IN THE QUOTATION.5.#A MAINTENANCE REPORT SHALL BE SUBMITTED UPON COMPLETION OF THE WORK.6.#A MINIMUM WARRANTY PERIOD OF 6 M ONTHS SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE SUPPLIED PARTS AND COMPLETED WORKS.NOTE: A SITE VISIT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO SUBMITTING THE 1 EA QUOTATION.
