The Goal Is To Create A Clear And Functional Service Package That Supports The Citys Recruitment At Different Job Levels And Combines Smooth Processes, Reliable Evaluation And Appropriate Digital Solutions. The City Of Rauma Is An Employer Of Approximately 1,600 People, Where Experts, Supervisors And Management Are Recruited Annually For Various Positions In Four Different Industries And Two Business Establishments. Recruitment Needs Vary In Both Quantity And Content, Which Is Why Flexibility, Scalability And The Ability To Adapt To Different Situations Are Expected From The Future Service. At The Same Time, It Is Important That The Service Supports Decision-Making And Brings Predictability And Quality To Recruitment. The Starting Point Of The Preparation Is Structuring The Service Package Into Different Service Packages That Cover Both Broader Recruitment Packages And Individual Services. Mainly Digital Evaluation Solutions The Purpose Of The Market Dialogue Is To Get Suppliers Views, Especially On The Structure, Functionality And Appropriateness Of These Service Packages, As Well As How They Correspond To Market Practices And The Needs Of Different Recruitment Situations. The Service Must Support Both Extensive Recruitment Processes And Individual Assessment Needs And Function Smoothly As Part Of The Customers Own Recruitment. Suitability Assessments Must Produce Clear, Reliable And Practically Useful Information About The Suitability Of Applicants For Various Tasks And Support Decision-Making In Accordance With The Demands Of The Task.
