With This Notice, The Procuring Entity Restarts The Bidding Process For The Procurement According To The Title After The Procuring Entity Interrupted It To Correct The Procurement Notice. Description Of The Object Of The Procurement The Object Of The Procurement Is The Turnkey Transfer Of The Abloy Os Access Control System From The Customers Current On-Premise Environment To Abloy Oys Saas Environment, As Well As The Related Implementation, Updates And Continuous Maintenance Services. The Procurement Does Not Concern The Acquisition Of A New System, But The Managed Transfer, Modernization And Organization Of Service Production Of The Existing System Under The Responsibility Of The Service Provider. The Service Provider Is Responsible For The Whole, Including The Planning Of The Transfer Of The System, Transfer, Implementation, The Necessary Changes, Software Updates And Ensuring The Functionality Of The System Throughout Its Life Cycle. The Acquisition Includes A Site- And Device-Specific Mapping Performed Before The Transfer, On The Basis Of Which Compatibility Requirements And Possible Device Renewals Are Identified. Necessary Device Renewals Are Included In The Responsibility Of The Service Provider To The Extent That They Are Necessary To Carry Out The Transfer And Software Updates And To Ensure System Compatibility. On The Other Hand, The Customers Functional Or Physical Expansions (E.G. New Items, Doors Or Equipment Installations) Are Not Part Of The Procurement, But Are Carried Out As Separate Procurements. The Service Includes Continuous Maintenance And Support Services, Such As System Maintenance, Data Security, Backup, Updates And Fault Management. The Service Provider Is Also Responsible For The Systems Access Rights And License Management, As Well As Contacting The Manufacturers Support If Necessary. Additional Purchases Are Described In Appendix 1 Description Of The Object Of Purchase. The Contract Is Valid For A Limited Period Until Two (2) Years Have Passed From The Time The Service Was Put Into Use, And Will Continue To Be Valid Until Further Notice. The Object Of Procurement Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 1 Description Of The Object Of Procurement And In Other Appendices Of The Request For Tender.
