The City Of Tornio And The City Of Rovaniemi (Hereafter The Purchasing Units), Whose Customers Are Tornionlaakso Museum And Lapland Provincial Museum, Will Acquire A Cultural Environment Information Management System That Meets The Objectives Of The Acquisition Through This Joint Procurement. The System Will Be Implemented Either As A Software As A Service (Saas) Or As An On-Premises Solution (Onprem). The System Must Be Browser-Based And Suitable For Managing Data And Materials Of The Built Cultural Environment And Archaeological Cultural Heritage. In The Competition, One Solution (Saas Or Onprem) Is Selected For The Procurement Contract. If The Solution Is Delivered As A Saas Service, It Is A Service Contract To Which Jit 2025 Conditions Apply. If The Solution Is Delivered As A License-Based System, It Is A Procurement Of Goods To Which The Jyse 2025 Goods Terms Apply. The Draft Contract Is Appendix 3, Which Is Not Physically Attached To This Request For Tender. The Information Management System Is Used To Store, Manage And Maintain The Information And Digital Materials Produced In The Surveys And Documentation Of The Building Research And Archeology Of The Museums. With The Help Of The System, Spatial Information Related To The Cultural Environment Is Also Created And Managed. The Purpose Of The Acquisition Of The Cultural Environment Information Management System Is To Enhance Data Processing Processes And Enable The Sharing Of Information With Authorities Cooperating With Museums By Means Of Versatile Interface Features. The System Also Enables The Publication Of Selected Materials For Use By The Museums Customers Through The Finna Service. The System Is Jointly Used By The Tornionlaakso Museum And The Provincial Museum Of Lapland. Breakdown For Ease Of Readability: The Object Of The Procurement Is A Browser-Based Cultural Environment Information Management System That Is Suitable For The Purpose Of Use Of The Customer And Meets The Requirements And Conditions, As Well As Related Services. Commits To The Further Development Of The System In Accordance With The Goals Given During The Contract Period. The Terms Of The Contract Are Determined By The Chosen Solution Model. Jit 2025 Conditions Apply To The Solution Delivered As A Saas Service. The License-Based System Delivered As An Onprem Solution Is Subject To The Jyse 2025 Goods Terms And Conditions. In Addition, Tornio And Rovaniemi Enter Into Separate Agreements Related To Data Protection, Which Are Part Of The Entire Agreement.
