The City Of Paimio Requests An Offer For A Software Development Service, The Aim Of Which Is To Implement A Ryhti-Compatible Site Plan Information Production Environment And To Develop The Open Source Arho Tool For The Needs Of Site Planning. The Open Source Arho Tool, Which Works In The Qgis Environment And Enables The Production Of Formula Data According To National Data Models. The Solution Must Later Be Usable In Other Municipalities As Well. The Procurement Will Be Carried Out With A State Grant For The Renewal Of Information Management Of The Built Environment Granted By The Ministry Of The Environment. The Content And Requirements Of The Procurement Are Described In More Detail In The Tender Request Appendices. And Approve The Delivery. The Software Development Must Support The Up-To-Date Specifications Of The Ryhti System And Take Into Account Possible Changes In National Data Models, Interfaces And Transfer Procedures During The Project.
