The Contract Includes The Construction Of The Street Structures On Arkadiankatu In Accordance With The Tender Documents, With All Works And Purchases Fully Completed. The Contract Includes E.G. The Following Works:- Cable Transfers And Water Supply Transfers- Traffic Arrangements During Work- Traffic Light And Street Light Works- Installation And Foundation Work Of Shared Use Poles- Necessary Demolition And Protection Work Of Structures- Supports Of Trenches With All Works, Includes Possible Lightening Trenches And Softening Trenches And, If Necessary, Pre-Drilling Along Retaining Wall Lines- Trenching Work And Possible Excavation- Street Construction Work In Accordance With Contract Limits Contract Includes The Construction Work Of The Street Structures On Arkadiankatu To The Extent Indicated In The Contract Documents. The Builder Is The Public Areas Service Of The City Of Helsinkis Urban Environment Department, Which Also Acts As A Customer In Accordance With Yse 98. Intermediate Goal 1: Asphalt Pavements, Outdoor Lighting Work And Traffic Light Work Must Be Ready By November 27, 2026 At The Latest. The Work According To The Contract Documents Must Be Ready And Received By Both The Authorities And The Inspections Required By The Inspecting Institutions Were Approved On 15 May 2027. The Form Of The Contract Is An Overall Contract, In Which The Contractor Selected For The Work Acts As The Main Contractor Acting As The Main Contractor As Intended By Yse And The Legislation. On March 7, 2017, The Ykt Parties Signed A Cooperation Agreement Under The Name Joint Municipal Engineering Site, In Which The City Of Helsinki Is Named As The Main Customer And The Other Contracting Parties As Customers. In This Agreement, The Ykt Parties Are E.G. Agreed On The Appointment Of A Joint Safety Coordinator According To Vna 205/2009. From The Subscribers Of The Ykt Site, All The Obligations Of The Main Contractor Mentioned In The Commercial Documents Of This Contract Are Transferred To The Main Contractor. Section 1.7 Of The Contract Program Lists The Developers Ykt Parties, Separate Contracts And Section 3.5 Other Procurements By The Developer. The Procurement Limits Of The Ykt Parties Are Also Specified In The Contract Limit Appendix. In Addition To The Works According To The Plans Mentioned In The List Of Documents, The Contract Includes Site Management Duties And Site Services, Which Also Apply To The Separate Contracts And Separate Procurements Of The Developer In Section 3.5 And The Procurement Limits Of The Ykt Parties Presented In The Contract Limit Appendix. The Work Is Performed As A Total Price Contract. From The Contract Limit Appendix. The Quantities Presented In The Plans Are Not Binding On The Customer. In Terms Of Overall Economy, The Offer That Is The Cheapest In Price Among The Offers That Meet The Requirements For The Suitability Of The Provider Set By The Developer. The Subcontractor/Subcontractor Of The Contractor In The Customers Contractual Relationship Has The Right To Further Subcontract/Subcontract The Work. Chaining The Procurement/Contract Beyond This Is Not Possible Without A Particularly Well-Founded Reason, And The Written Consent Of The Customer/Builder Must Be Obtained.
