The Aim Of This European Public Tender Is To Conclude An Agreement With One Contractor Who Is Responsible For The Replacement, Installation And Maintenance Of A Proper Camera Surveillance System Within The Municipality Of Edam-Volendam. By This System We Mean Fixed And Mobile Cameras, Server(S), Switches, Connections, Desktop/Clients, Video Walls And Vms Application. The Municipality Of Edam-Volendam Is Responsible For Keeping The Entertainment Area In The Center Of Volendam, The Entertainment Area And The Dike Of Volendam, As Well As Edam, Safe And Manageable. Replacement Of The Entire Camera Installation • Complete Replacement Of All Existing Cameras And Software Components. • Use Modern, High-Definition Cameras With Night Vision, Wide-Angle Lenses And Ai Support. • Renewal Of Servers, Storage And Software Platforms (With Security Updates And Connection With Police/Enforcement Systems). Repositioning Of Cameras In Volendam • Carrying Out A New Surveillance Scan To Determine The Optimal Camera Positions. • Relocation With A View To Sight Lines, Risk Locations (Catering, Tourism) And Changed Infrastructure. • Extra Attention To Hotspots Based On Incident Registrations From The Police And Municipality. Expansion Of Edam * Edam Is Not Yet Equipped With Camera Surveillance, Cameras Are Installed During Events, Which Costs A Huge Budget. Growing Tourism In The City Center And The Associated Problems. The Safety Analysis, In Consultation With Police Data, Allows Us To Conclude That A Lot Was Not Seen And That Could Have Been Prevented. Fc Volendam Area * Additional Cameras In Volendam Will Be Placed At The Fc Volendam Stadium (Eredivisie Matches), Tourist Bus Parking Lot (Property Crimes), Incoming And Outgoing Road Network (Monitoring Property Crimes As Well As Football Matches.) * These Renovated Locations Will Be Added As An Appendix. . Objective The Municipality Of Edam-Volendam (Hereinafter Referred To As: Client) Aims To Maintain Public Order And Therefore Wants Citizens, Visitors And Companies In The Entertainment Area To Feel Safe, Especially At Weekends During The Opening Hours Of The Catering Industry And During Events. The Desired Result Of The Tender And The Assignment Is: Ownership Of A Proven, User-Friendly, Safe And Future-Proof Camera Surveillance System, Including Associated Services (Including At Least Implementation And Integration, Maintenance, Support) For The Client. The Replacement Of The Current Functionality For Viewing Live Images Of The Volendam Center And Dike Entertainment Area Includes A Camera Surveillance System And Various Cameras Including The Following Components: • Software Functionalities And Links For The Viewing Location In Volendam (Zeestraat); • Physical Cameras At The Relevant Locations (Including Mounting Brackets And Possibly Masts); • Cabling (Data Communication); • Active Equipment (Switches, Etc.) At Various Locations, Including The Viewing Location; • Viewing Location Solution (Server, Client, Video Wall, Screens And Operating Equipment); • Migration From The Current Situation To The New Systems • Training And Documentation The Current Situation Is The Starting Point For The Numbers Of Hardware. These Numbers May Change During And After The Tender. During The Term Of The Agreement, It Is Possible That The Number Of Cameras Will Increase.
