(Optional Item): Treated Effluent Discharge, Flow Control Structure And Reed Bed Finaltreatment Facility – The Work Includes The Supply And Installation Of All Hdpe Pipe Andmanholes, Precast Concrete Flow Control Structure With Slide Gates And Cast-In-Placeconcrete Divider Wall, Engineered Reed Bed Pond Construction, Complete With Biocharfiltering Bed, Under Drain Collection System, Discharge Piping And Final Outfall.3. (Optional Item): Interim Discharge Removal & Discharge Box Decommissioning –Removal And Disinfection Of Hdpe Overland Pipe, Sealing Existing Concrete Weir Manholewith Concrete.4.
