Descriptionthe Competition Includes The Demolition Of Existing Stairs And The Construction Of New Stairs With Handrails In The Passage At Alles Culture House, Including All Necessary Planning. The Stairs Are Owned And Operated By The Municipality. The Purpose Of Establishing New Stairs Is To Replace The Current Stairs With Stairs That Meet Todays Safety Requirements, Have An Aesthetically Good Design, Are Robust/Durable And Have Simpler Operation. The Client Primarily Wants A Cast-In-Place Concrete Staircase, But It Is Uncertain Whether This Is Possible To Order Within The Allocated Cost Frame. The Alternative Is Prefabricated Concrete Stairs And The Suppliers Must Submit Offers For Both Alternatives. The Contract Is Regulated By The Contract Conditions In Ns8407 Tender Inspection: 29/06/2026 At 2.00 Pm
