The Delivery Of The Goods, The Subject Of The Public Procurement (Contract), With The Transport Of The Contractor, Is Carried Out Ex-Officio At A Specific Site On The Territory Of The Montana Mer, Located On The Territory Of The Administrative Districts Of Vratsa, Montana And Vidin.
