The Subject Of The Dynamic Purchasing System /Dsp/ Is Delivery Of Spare Parts And Consumables For Passenger Cars, According To The Approved Technical Specification With Reg. No. 3H-1242/20.02.2026 /Appendix 1/ And A List Of The Brands, Models, Modifications, Engine Type And Year Of Manufacture Of The Passenger Cars For Which Spare Parts And Consumables Will Be Delivered, Specified In The Appendix 2. The Spare Parts And Consumables To Be Delivered Are As Follows: - Be New, Unused, Not Samples And Not Recycled; - To Comply With The Used Catalogs For The Respective Make And Model Of Passenger Car; - Fully Comply With The Employers Requirements; - Have A Guarantee Of At Least 6 (Six) Months From The Date Of Delivery. Option: The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Replace Brands And Models Of Passenger Cars, Depending On Its Specific Needs, By Adding New Ones, As The Necessary Spare Parts And Consumables Will Be Determined During The Awarding Of Each Specific Public Procurement, Within The Framework Of The Established Dsp, For The Duration Of Its Validity. The Dsp Is Not Divided Into Separate Categories Within The Meaning Of Art. 83, Para. 3 Of The Zop. The Period For Which The Dsp Is Created Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Months Or Until Its Estimated Value Is Reached, Whichever Of The Two Circumstances Occurs First. The Spare Parts And Consumables From The Subject Of The Dsp Are Delivered By Transport And At The Expense Of The Contractor, To The Territory Of Military Formation 52370 – Negushevo And/Or Military Formation 22620 – Sofia, And The Specific Place Of Execution Is Determined At The Start Of Each Specific Order. The Public Contract Is Awarded On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, Which Is Determined On The Basis Of The Lowest Price Award Criterion, According To Art. 70, Para. 2, Item 1 Of The Ppa, For Each Specific Item Under Each Specific Order From The Dsp. The Rules For A Limited Procedure Will Apply To The Awarding Of Public Contracts Through The Dsp, According To The Sop And Ppzop.
