The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Construction Of The Facility: All-Day Kindergarten In Upi Iv- 501.361 - Kindergarten, Square 36 On The Plan Of S. Benkovski, Maritsa Municipality, Plovdiv Region - First Stage The Site, In Relation To Which Construction Supervision Will Be Carried Out, Is For The Construction Of A Full-Day Kindergarten In Upi Iv- 501.361- Kindergarten, Sq. 36 According To The Plan Of The Village Of Benkovski - First Stage. The Site Is A Two-Story Building, Without A Cellar. Floor, Two Groups For 25 Children Are Designed. A Gymnasium With A Warm Connection Was Designed For The Needs Of The Kindergarten. Regarding The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4 For Providing An Accessible Environment, Including For People With Disabilities, Two Ramps Have Been Designed To Reach From The Yard On The First Floor, And An Elevator Has Been Designed To Reach The Second Floor. The Building Is Designed According To A Constructive Monolithic System, And The Gymnasium With A Steel One. Building Permit No. 19 Dated 26.01.2021 Was Issued For The Site. And Order No. 36 Of June 28, 2022. For Supplementing The Building Permit By The Chief Architect Of Maritsa Municipality. The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction, According To Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1 Of Zut, In The Mandatory Scope Regulated In Art. 168, Para. 1 Of The Zut And Carrying Out All The Necessary Actions For Issuing A Certificate For Putting The Site Into Operation, As Well As Preparing A Technical Passport And A Final Report For The Site. The Minimum Requirements For The Execution Of The Order Are Indicated In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 To The Documentation For Participation In The Procedure.
