The Subject Of The Current Public Procurement Is Selection Of An Operator To Provide Backup Communication Connectivity And Ensure The Possibility Of Management And Security, Related To This Provision, Configuration And Maintenance Of The Necessary Communication Equipment For The Needs Of Toplofikatsia Sofia Ead The Main Purpose Of Awarding The Contract Is To Provide Communication Connectivity And To Provide The Possibility Of Management And Security Related To This Provision, Configuration And Maintenance Of The Necessary Communication Equipment In Order To Provide A Fully Functional, High Level Of Security And Controllable Communication Environment For Data Exchange With The Possibility Of Flexible Prioritization Of Traffic Types, Load Monitoring, Protection And Event Management In This Environment. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: - Provision Of Backup Communication Connectivity With Parameters And Speed In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Technical Specifications And The Implementation Proposal, Within 120 Working Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract And Maintaining It In Working Condition For A Period Of 36 Months; - Providing For The Duration Of The Contract, Installation And Configuration Of Communication Equipment, Through Which A Communication System Can Be Built, To Be Provided As A Service, Providing The Possibility Of Flexible Security Management, Monitoring And Prioritization By Traffic Type, Within 120 Working Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract And Maintaining Its Operability For A Period Of 36 Months; - For The Equipment Provided For The Duration Of The Contract, The Employer Does Not Pay Separate Fees And Does Not Acquire Ownership Of It. - Provision Of A Service, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Technical Specifications And The Implementation Proposal, Within 120 Working Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract And Maintaining Its Operability For A Period Of 36 Months. - All Services Provided Should Be Provided With High Quality, Reliability And Security, Which Should Be Maintained For The Duration Of The Contract Along With Their Operability And Fault Tolerance.
