The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Delivery Of Equipment To Health Offices For 18 Settlements On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Tunja, By Specific Positions, As Follows: Separate Position No. 1 - Delivery Of Medical Equipment To Health Offices On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Tundzha; Separate Position No. 2 - Delivery Of Technical Equipment To Health Offices On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Tundzha Pursuant To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, Procuring Entities May Award Separate Positions In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Corresponding Separate Position Does Not Exceed Eur 79,998.77 For Supplies And Services And Eur 511,291.88 For Construction, And The Total Estimated Value Of The Separate Positions Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Per Hundred Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order. In View Of The Above, The Contracting Authority Will Take Advantage Of This Legal Opportunity And Will Award Special Position No. 2 Delivery Of Technical Equipment To Health Offices On The Territory Of Tundzha Municipality In The Amount Of Eur 565.83, Excluding Vat, In Accordance With Article 20, Paragraph 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, In Connection With Article 21, Paragraph 6 Of The Public Procurement Act - By Direct Award. The Value Of Separate Item No. 2 With The Above-Mentioned Subject, Which Will Be Assigned In Accordance With Article 20, Paragraph 4, Item 3 In Connection With Article 21, Paragraph 6 Of The Ppa Does Not Exceed 79,998.77 Euros And Its Value (565.83 Euros Excluding Vat) Does Not Exceed 20% Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In View Of The Above And In Accordance With Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act And In View Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order, The Residual Value Of Eur 51,608.28 Excluding Contract. Vat Is Assigned With This Public Procurement According To The Order Of Art. 20, Paragraph 1, Item 1, B. B From Zop. The Full Scope Of The Activities Under Specific Position No. 1 Are Detailed In The Technical Specification. The Deadline For Delivery, The Subject Of The Order, Is Up To 60 Calendar Days After A Preliminary Request Prepared By A Representative Of The Contracting Authority By E-Mail Or Another Way Certifying The Date Of Submission/Receipt.
